CLASSES
	Family Karate: 6:30pm to 7:30pm - Friday nights (parents and kids 6-12 years)
	Youth and Adult Karate: (13 years and older) - 7:30pm to 9:30pm - Friday nights

2011 KARATE SESSIONS (10-13 weeks)



	Note: no classes held on scheduled public holidays

FEES (for 10-13 week sessions)
	Individual - $85
	Family Maximum - $180 (3 or more)

Family Classes

A fun filled program specially designed parents to attend with their kids ages 6 to 12. Through games and drills the children learn the basics of karate, stressing the need to respect themselves and others. It develops karate technique and helps to build self confidence, discipline and control. The benefits go beyond the dojo. A positive attitude will help with every aspect of life, home, school, or otherwise.

Youth and Adult Classes

A dynamic program for teenagers and adults alike intended to teach both the physical and mental sides of karate. Fun, exhilarating, and a great confidence booster. Adults of all ages can benefit from the art and sport of karate. Condition the entire body while relieving stress. Feel your spirit soar as you build self-confidence accomplishing things you never thought possible. Perhaps even achieving the rank of black belt. Learn to defend yourself with dynamic and effective techniques. And best of all, meet and develop new friendships.

Whether your goals are to just be active, learn some self defense or to potentially travel the world and compete with our Wado Kai National Karate team, all that is required is to show up and try your best. Everything else will fall into place.
